3. After one month we can send BMS or cells to you for repair, or you can send it back local warehouse or us to repair as well.
4. All our electric bicycle batteries with high quality cells and BMS, made by skilled craftsmanship and they will be 100% strictly several times tested before shipping.

Condition

The warranty is not valid if the battery is entered water, or damaged by man-made, or used over-power/ over-voltage, or if it is damaged due to incorrect operation, or if it's over-warranty time.

Whenever has any problem (including above problem or over-warranty), you also can contact us to provide relative details and we will help or provide suggestion.

Payment & Delivery

1.  The payment isn't include remote fee, if your address belong to remote address, please contact with us about remote fees before you place order.

2. Battery can't be delivered to any Island address, please contact us for checking before you place order to Island address.
3. All batteries send by battery special channel, the tracking information will be updated once it finish customs clearance. Please kindly don't worry and help to wait more days if you can't track it.
